NCDA chauffeurs consider their career choice to be a profession, not just a job. This approach is reflected in the in the high level of courtesy and service received by clients.

All chauffeurs are mature and experienced, are at least 30 years of age and have no less than 10 years driving experience.

Chauffeurs are trained to be complete professionals and to show respect and appreciation at all times towards their clients.

This includes accepting appropriate responsibility for the well-being in Ireland.

The Association operates a comprehensive Code of Standards that includes chauffeur uniform, grooming, personal hygiene and time keeping.
